Suki in the water_smWater bath canning is the process most people use to can fruits, vegetables, jams, jellies, and pickles at home. This method is best suited for high acid foods including many fruits and vegetables. In this class we will get hands-on experience with the tools and methods involved. There will be a materials fee for canning jars and materials so participants can take samples home.
